This diversified shopping area is located just a short jaunt from The Preserve at Chapel Hill development. It is on the southwest corner of Brookfield Rd. and Capitol Dr. The anchor store is a Sendik’s, this fine grocery store is so very well know that all you need to say is Sendik’s and everybody knows what you mean.
There are many other stores, services, restaurants located here. You can do everything from mail a package, The UPS store, have your morning coffee, Four Seasons Coffee, get you morning exercise in with Yoga and Pilates, the YogAsylum. Open a checking account, Harris Bank, add some humor to your life, Giggles Comedy Pub. Get dressed up for the event, Bruce Paul Goodman, for the woman in your life and Suiters Distinctive Clothiers, who raised the “fashion” bar for fine men’s clothing.
There are over 30 stores and services at this location and it is just a short distance form The Preserve at Chapel Hill where you can build your home of distinction. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to build a home with an exposed lower level where there would be a conservancy wetland out your back door!
