I'm easy going & cheerful, and a 2nd generation Realtor. With my husband, I've have owned and sold a house and a condo in California. We relocated to Wisconsin in 1990. Living in Waukesha county, we've owned and sold 2 houses, built 2 new homes and torn an old one down. I've helped our elderly parents sell their homes (1 as an estate). The list of "been there, done that" goes on, but you get the idea.
