Village Crossing at Pabst Farms, a luxury development that I am proud to market is ready for sale. The new model should be finished shortly and in the meantime the landscapers are working overtime installing underground irrigation systems, trees, shrubs and sod lawns. The charming round-a-bout entrance to the development is a nice feature. Of the 10 units that are under construction 7 are already sold.
